Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and onboard top talent for virtual assistant roles within StaffingSolutions.io.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and ensure the right match is made.
  • Utilize the custom ATS (ClickUp) and AI tools to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring smooth onboarding with clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure that the right talent is placed within a 7-day turnaround time (TAT).
  • Monitor and improve the interview-to-hire ratio by refining recruitment and interview processes.
  • Ensure the cost per hire is managed effectively to stay within budget.
  • Manage relationships with talent platforms such as OnlineJobs.ph.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs to measure success and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure employee retention by placing quality hires that align with both the company’s and client’s expectations.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) – talent acquisition and onboarding completed within 7 days.
  • Customer satisfaction rate – ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Client retention rate – maintaining quality hires to retain clients.
  • Employee retention rate – ensuring talent stays engaged and productive.
  • Cost per hire – managing budgets to ensure recruitment costs are within limits.
  • Interview-to-hire ratio – optimizing interview processes to reduce the number of interviews per hire.
  • Applicant offer acceptance rate – ensuring a high percentage of offers are accepted.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or virtual staffing environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, including Turnaround Time (TAT), client retention, employee retention, cost per hire, interview-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Proficiency in using custom ATS (ClickUp) and AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as OnlineJobs.ph and HubSpot for managing client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple hires under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the internal team.
