We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Improve Email Open Rates:
      • Investigate why email open rates are low and find ways to increase them.
      • Test different subject lines, sending times, and other factors to improve performance.
    2. Ensure Email Deliverability:
      • Check if emails are being blocked or sent to spam.
      • Make sure email settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are correct to improve deliverability.
    3. Enhance CRM Functionality:
      • Organize and manage customer information in Zoho CRM.
      • Make it easier for the sales team to track and interact with customers.
    4. Run Tests and Track Results:
      • Test email campaigns and see what works best.
      • Track email and CRM performance and suggest improvements based on findings.
    5. Support with Quotes and Agreements:
      • Help improve the process for creating and sending customer quotes.
      • Make it easier for customers to sign agreements through Zoho.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:

  1. Email Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of how to improve email open rates and deliverability.
  2. Zoho CRM Experience: Ability to organize and manage customer data in Zoho.
  3. Testing and Data Analysis: Able to test email campaigns and analyze data to understand what works and what doesn’t.
  4. Reporting and Problem Solving: Able to track results and report findings clearly, with recommendations for improvement.
  5. Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with email settings like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix email delivery issues.

Qualities:

  1. Attention to Detail: Carefully check emails, settings, and customer data to avoid mistakes.
  2. Creative Thinking: Willing to try different things (like new subject lines or sending times) to see what works.
  3. Clear Communication: Ability to explain technical things in a way that’s easy to understand for everyone.
